Personal Experiences

During the research stages I usually try to learn more about the history of the subject matter and how other represented it. But as I was born in Louisiana I will say that I did have my own vision of plans before hand with my own experiences with Mardi Gras.

But just as a overview I wanted to refresh myself just in case other concepts come to mind with further information. Mardi Gras, also translated as Fat Tuesday, is a celebration and feast on February 1st and is the last big fatty meal before Lent.
