in this stage I decided to focus on the main elements that would advertise to the general public before the party. Pamphlets can be put into hotels guest area, billboards can lead up to the event, and posters can be put into cafes, bars and anywhere really where there a wall. You may see added materials in this section as time goes on but for now these deliverable felt like a safe starting place.
People have to know of the event early to plan to enjoy it.
